Fees  25% Deposit of course fees payable upon enrolment. A fortnightly payment plan will be calculated. Fortnightly payments are required to remain enrolled in this course.

Entry Requirements

Basic computer skills


This course is completed either in class or ‘Off campus Flexible Learning’ where you do your modules from home. This course is made up of 4 Core units and 9 Electives.

We recommend students off campus to use the Catapult learning online program, receiving your units electronically and corresponding electronically with the trainer.

Class Time

Tuesdays 9.00am – 2.30pm

In Class you get the support of your Trainer, group discussions with fellow students, units worked through and the chance to make study groups. Looking to finish your course within 12 months.
Working from home means you can go at your own pace and will enable your studies to fit in well with your other commitments. We do ask that students make themselves available to catch up with trainers regularly to assess their progress.

This qualification is designed to reflect the job role of entry level employees working across the entire financial services industry who perform duties relating to:
• administrative, clerical and customer service roles in banking
• credit management
• insurance and retail financial services
Individuals at this level apply knowledge and skills to demonstrate autonomy and judgement and to take limited responsibility in known situations under general supervision.

To receive Government funding students must be enrolled as a trainee in a workplace
